Jnana Bhava means Knowledge, concentration, awareness, mindfulness. It's about first the knowledge of self and then our surroundings. Being aware of our self, what we are experiencing, feeling, thinking, and why. What is motivating us towards an action. Jnana is first and foremost about Swadhyaya. I think the saddest thing today is how disconnected we have become with our own bodies and selves. Jnana is about becoming mindful of that connection once more.Uddiyan takes quite a bit of knowledge of your breath and muscles and concentration to hold the Bandha and then manipulate it for nauli. We might not start with the knowledge but with daily practice it comes bit by bit. We become aware of our core like nothing else.
For me with jnana there is also Aishwarya Bhava - that feeling of elation when you accomplish something. For a long time I believed uddiyan + nauli would be practices I won't be able to find in my body. But it is coming along😀 and it still surprises me.
